Nemus Lex Ltd. reserves the right to revise these guidelines and Terms and Conditions from time to time as the company sees fit. Users should check these terms and conditions periodically. By using www.liceguard-europe.com (the Site) after we post changes to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you actually reviewed them.
Liability:
Nemus Lex Ltd. liability shall be limited to the current market value of an item, paid at the time of your order. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damages that may have occurred from one of our products or for any advice, suggestions or recommendations we give or have given you. Nemus Lex Ltd. reserves the right to not be held responsible for any typographical errors in product title, description, picture, internet links etc.

Shipping Policy
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in `the aforementioned countries` using the shipping method of your choice. Delivery by mail usually takes 5+ days. Express Mail Service (EMS) usually takes between 2 – 5 days. Delivery time does not include: the day when the order is placed, non working days of Nemus Lex Ltd. (such as bank holidays or the weekend), eventual customs clearances in destination countries and force majeure. Nemus Lex Ltd. has no control over the package and cannot influence or cancel the delivery once it has been sent via mail. Nemus Lex Ltd is not responsible for and cannot influence any eventual additional customs, tax and any other kind of duties regulated by the destination country.
Order Policy:
The confirmation email sent to you after you place your order sets out the final details of your order. This email is an acknowledgement detailing the products you have ordered and NOT an order confirmation or order acceptance from the Site or Nemus Lex Ltd. This is a record for you to keep. Prices are subject to change anytime and without notice.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we can not accept your order or you have cancelled it. We reserve the right to cancel or limit your order as the company sees fit.
Return Policy:
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by e-mailing us. Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is to be returned to the Site. All original equipment, components, manuals, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order for the Site to process your RMA.
